These terms apply to purchases and use of our online store.
Products, prices and payment
Product descriptions, included items, compatibility requirements, and prices are shown on the relevant product page. Please review them before purchasing and provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery details.
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated under the relevant state and local rules and shown at checkout. Payment options are shown at checkout and processed through Shopify Payments or PayPal where enabled and available for the transaction.
Memberships are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew. The duration and included content will be specified on the relevant product page.
Pre-order price and deposit
Pre-orders open November 10, 2026. Regular sales begin November 20, 2026.
A refundable US$10 deposit reserves a Moviwi product at a US$279 product price, compared with the regular US$399 price.
- Pay US$10 at reservation.
- The deposit counts toward the product price.
- The remaining product balance is US$269.
Any applicable tax and its payment timing are disclosed at checkout before you authorize payment.
Scheduled balance payment
At reservation checkout, you must expressly authorize the scheduled one-time balance payment using a supported payment method.
We will begin attempting to collect the US$269 product balance at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time on November 20, 2026. The attempt may occur later as payments are processed. This is a one-time pre-order payment, not a recurring subscription charge.
If payment fails
We will email you a secure link to complete payment. Payment must be completed by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on November 20, 2026.
If the balance remains unpaid at that deadline, we cancel your reservation, refund the US$10 deposit to the original payment method, and end your eligibility for the US$279 pre-order price.
Pre-order cancellations and refunds
Before the balance has been collected, you may cancel your reservation and request a full refund of the US$10 deposit by emailing support@moviwi.com. Cancellation stops the scheduled balance collection and ends the reserved price eligibility.
We initiate deposit refunds within three calendar days of cancellation or an approved refund request. Actual posting time depends on your bank or payment provider.
If you have paid in full but the order has not shipped, contact support to cancel for a full refund. Once shipped, the Returns & Refunds Policy applies.
Shipping and delays
Shipping is expected to begin November 20, 2026, from our U.S. warehouse after payment is completed. Estimated delivery is 3–10 business days after shipment. See our Shipping Policy for destinations and processing information.
If shipment is delayed beyond the timeframe communicated for your order, we will provide an updated shipping date and the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund.
If an order remains unshipped more than seven calendar days after full payment, or if we determine that we cannot fulfill it, we will email you, manually cancel the unshipped order, and issue a full refund to the original payment method. Bank or payment provider posting times may vary.
Store use and personal information
Please use the store lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe others' rights. Store content and licensed materials may not be copied or used beyond the permissions granted by their owners.

Your rights and questions
Changes to these terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights already agreed for an existing order. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
